Assembly Row

CHALLENGE Assembly Row was an industrial site that needed to be repositioned. The challenge was to build awareness for what was to come and soften perceptions of a formerly blighted area. Gold Dog’s involvement started at the pre-development phase.

SOLUTION Tease a new mixed-use destination and demonstrate how Assembly Row will be a good neighbor and complement to Boston. Use the iconic Boston Terrier to grab hearts and minds of our target audiences.

RESULTS Assembly Row was able to achieve its pre-development goals attracting a large office user and multiple retail tenants. Additionally, events were well attended and helped build momentum pre-opening.
