Guild is a DC residence unlike anywhere else. Not only did we need to introduce these Bauhaus-inspired artist lofts to a highly targeted audience, but we also had to convey their rareness and uniqueness within the city. The brand had to reflect the individuality of both the building and its future residents. 


Develop a name, design, and brand personality inspired by Bauhaus style, freedom of self-expression, and the unity of a creative community. Utilize original art to create a compelling narrative about life at Guild that is communicated across all digital platforms. Work with the client to engage local and world-renowned mural artists to paint custom, larger-than-life building artwork. Post unique signage throughout The Yards DC and bring it to life with social campaigns. Design a stationery package that echoes an artist's portfolio. Create an immersive leasing space for exploration. 


Guild is currently leasing with a steady flow of interest, tours, and a robust social following.
