The Offices at Downtown ColumbiaCHALLENGE
Howard Hughes owns and manages a diverse office portfolio in Columbia, Maryland but it never attempted to create a cohesive brand. The portfolio ranges from all-new trophy buildings to Class B offerings that are in the process of being remodeled. The buildings span three districts in Downtown Columbia, the newest being Merriweather District. We also needed to name and create a brand for a new office suite offering. Our challenge was to create a consistent, energetic, and distinctive message for the portfolio and deliver leads and tools to assist the leasing team.SOLUTION
Gold Dog created and programmed an all new website that establishes a narrative for Offices at Downtown Columbia and delivers features, amenities, and virtual tours in a clear and dynamic manner. We also created a full suite of print material, digital material, and digital ads for the offices and for Inspira, a new office suite product.RESULTS
During the pandemic, the Offices at DTC continued to sign leases. The digital campaign delivers multiple leads per month and interest continues to build.
