CHALLENGE
Create a comprehensive brand for an apartment building in trendy (lots of competition) Mount Vernon Triangle.  The catch was that the work had to be completed in six weeks’ time as the building was move-in ready.

SOLUTION
Conduct research, name, develop a logo mark, signage, social presence, and webpage immediately.  The building itself was luxe, refined, with amazing amenity spaces above and below (think L'Hommage Bistro downstairs). Our creative reflected the unique fabric of the Mount Vernon Triangle community and the sophistication of our target audience -- people that want to be close to the action, but also have an elegant respite from the city.  Style + Substance.

RESULTS
The building stabilized quickly. Accolades include two 2015 PACE Awards with a win in the Lease-Up DC category and recognition as a Distinguished Community.
